Website information

The website provides general information about mobile vehicle diagnostics. It is not a substitute for inspecting a particular vehicle, and general examples should not be treated as a diagnosis or repair instruction.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending a form or message does not by itself confirm a booking. A visit, location, scope and any applicable charge should be agreed directly. Provide accurate details about the vehicle, symptoms, condition and location.

Safe access

The vehicle must be in a safe, lawful and reasonably accessible place for mobile inspection. Permission must be available for workplace, private-land or controlled-site visits. Work may be declined or stopped where conditions are unsafe, access is inadequate or the requested activity is outside the diagnostic scope.

Diagnostic limitations

Diagnostic testing is an evidence-based process. A fault may be intermittent, affected by vehicle condition or require further access, dismantling, road testing, monitoring, repair or specialist equipment. No guarantee is made that every cause will be confirmed during one visit.

Fault codes are not a parts list. Findings are based on the information and condition available at the time. A recommended next step can change if further evidence becomes available.

Vehicle condition and warnings

The vehicle owner or keeper remains responsible for deciding whether the vehicle is safe and legal to drive. Do not continue to drive where there are red warnings, overheating, serious braking or steering concerns, unusual mechanical noise, smoke or another condition that may be unsafe. Use recovery or emergency assistance where appropriate.

Repairs and third parties

Unless separately agreed, the service described on this website is diagnostic and does not include repair, dismantling, airbag handling, key programming or other workshop work. Any repairer, module specialist or other third party acts under their own terms.

Reasonable care is taken with website information, but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Links to telephone, WhatsApp, hosting or other third-party services are subject to those providers’ terms and availability.
