When you call, send a WhatsApp message or use the website enquiry form, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, vehicle registration, vehicle details, location or postcode, warning messages and a description of the fault. Please do not send information that is not needed for the enquiry.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to respond, understand the requested diagnostic service, arrange or discuss a visit, communicate about the vehicle and keep an appropriate record of the enquiry or service. It is not used to invent public testimonials or reviews.

Contact form processing

The website form is configured for Netlify Forms. If the site is hosted on Netlify, Netlify processes form submissions on behalf of the site operator and may apply spam detection. Their own privacy terms also apply to that processing. If hosted elsewhere, the form must be tested and an equivalent secure form service configured before relying on it.

WhatsApp and telephone

When you contact the business through WhatsApp or a telephone provider, those service providers process communication data under their own privacy terms. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not relevant to the vehicle enquiry.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers that support communication, hosting or form delivery, and where required by law. Enquiry records should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service records, legal obligations or dispute handling.
